Including any liabilities arising out of: (i) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or distributed in connection with Actuality Solutions' server; (ii) any material supplied by customers infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (iii) copyright infringement and (iv) any defective products sold to a customer from Actuality Solutions servers.

Pricing
Pricing is individual and dependent on the amount of design work required, the number of pages in your site and whether you wish Actuality Solutions to maintain your site after the initial build. Actuality Solutions offers generous discounts to Registered Charities and Religious Organsitations. Our prices are very competitive.

Cancellation & Refunds
If you wish to cancel services with Actuality Solutions this cancellation must be requested by email. We will then confirm the cancellation by return email. If you buy a product and do not use the service within a 28 day period then you can request a refund (less reasonable costs). If you have used the service (FTP, email, etc) then no refund can be given.

Content
Most content is acceptable - unless it is illegal. We do not allow Spamming, or distribution of 'Warez' or 'Torrents', nor do we allow pornographic, obscene or offensive content, or anything that violates Copyright Law. Customers who upload inappropriate content will face suspension of services. Appeals to restore services will be considered on an individual basis.

Privacy Statement
Our servers are located in secure data centres in UK and USA. Access to the servers is restricted to trusted personnel. We do not share any information with third parties, unless they are empowered by regulation, statute or order of a court (Disclosure of data by order of a Court).

We only retain such details as are necessary to enable us to provide our customers with the service(s) they require. If you request it, we are required by law to provide you with details of all the information we hold about you. COPPA
