Pricing

Pricing is individual and dependent on the amount of design work required, the number of pages in your site and whether you wish me to maintain your site after the initial build. ActualitySolutions offers generous discounts to Registered Charities and Religious Organsitations. My prices are very competitive - Contact me and you'll find out.

Cancellation & Refunds:   If you wish to cancel services with Actuality Solutions this cancellation must be requested by email. We will then confirm this cancellation by return email. If a customer buys a product and does not use the service within a 28 day period then they can request a refund (less Actuality Solution's reasonable costs). If a customer has used the service (FTP, email, etc) then no refund can be given.

Content

Most content is fine - unless you are planning to include content that is illegal (including Warez). I don't allow any pornographic, obscene or offensive content, or anything that violates Copyright Laws either. If you want to include this stuff, please don't expect me to host your site or help you in any way. If you upload inappropriate content (including Scripts that generate Spam), I reserve the right to suspend all services to you. Appeals to restore services will be considered on an individual basis.

Privacy Statement

Our servers are located in a secure data center in Texas, USA. Access to the servers is restricted to trusted personnel. We do not share any information with third parties, unless they are empowered by regulation, statute or order of a court (Disclosure of data by order of a Court).

We only retain such details as are necessary to enable us to provide our customers with the service(s) they require. If you request it, we are required by law to provide you with details of all the information we hold about you. Under UK Law (The Data Protection Act of 1998), we are allowed to charge you a fee for this service. Further Information: UK Information Commissioner.

ActualitySolutions.com and ActualitySolutions.co.uk are not required to comply with COPPA (The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, USA) because:

  1. these websites are not aimed at children (in the USA or elsewhere),
  2. We do not seek to gather any personal information about any children. In fact, if you are under 16 years old, please do not contact us. Further information: US Federal Trade Commission

Actuality Solutions is not responsible for backing up your data/website therefore no guarantee can be made to be able to replace lost data. Actuality Solutions disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-delivery, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Actuality Solutions and its employees.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Actuality Solutions free from any demands, liability, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Actuality Solutions, its agents, its customers, directors and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by Actuality Solutions, its customers, its agents, directors, employees or assigns. Including any liabilities arising out of:

  1. any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or distributed in connection with Actuality Solutions' server;
  2. any material supplied by customers infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
  3. copyright infringement and
  4. any defective products sold to a customer from Actuality Solutions servers.
